We are currently looking for a Full Time Pastry Chef.

Locations:
Delcie’s Desserts and Cakes – Blk 34 Whampoa West #01-83 (Boon Keng MRT)

Time Shift:
6 days / week

We are a young and friendly bakery that specialised in baking and decorating healthy cakes. At Delcie’s, we uses a lot of expensive organic ingredients that has never been used in normal bakeries.

Job Scope:
Participation in vegan, allergy free and diabetic friendly baking, decoration and kitchen work.
Retail with interaction with customers is required to understand our customer’s needs so that baking for them becomes personal.
Cashiering duties.

Requirements:
Prefer basic baking and decorating cake (cream and/or fondant) skills.
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
Ability to use computer.
Ability to work as 1 unit in a team or alone independently.
To process hyper friendly attitude.
You must be trainable and is willing to be trained.
Finds enjoyment in baking and decorating cakes.
Training on job
Vigilance in ensuring every procedure is done correctly.
Able to work long standing hours
6 days work week

What you will learn:
The way everyone work at Delcie is efficient, with communications with one and other and each knowing their own roles. You will be learning about serving and taking to our customers because they are unique people with specific diet requirements e.g. diabetic, vegetarian, vegan, allergic children/adults. You will be exposed to using expensive organic ingredients hands-on. If you do not like the factory/manufacturing base job where you only get to learn and do one task for your entire career; our bakery will allow you to learn a lot more from from kitchen work to selling the cakes so this is why you must be trainable and willing to learn

Full Time Rates:
Starting Pay $1,300~$1,500

We are currently looking for a Permanent Part Time Baking Store Assistant.

Locations:
Delcie’s Desserts and Cakes – Blk 34 Whampoa West #01-83 (Boon Keng MRT)

Time Shift:
Day 11am – 3.30pm
Afternoon 3.30pm – 8pm

Job Scope:
Participation in baking.
Retail with interaction with customers is required to understand our customer’s needs so that baking for them becomes personal.
Cashiering duties.

Requirements:
Able to commit minimum 6 months.
Ability to use computer (for cashiering duties) .
Ability to work as 1 unit in a team or alone independently.
To process friendly attitude.
You must be trainable and is willing to be trained.
Finds enjoyment in baking.
Time will be given to train you through training on the job.
Vigilance in ensuring every procedure is done correctly is the key to working smart and reducing wastage of precious food ingredients. At Delcie’s, we uses a lot of expensive organic ingredients that has never been used in normal bakeries.

What you will learn:
The way everyone work at Delcie is efficient, with communications with one and other and each knowing their roles. You will be learning about serving and taking to our customers because they are unique people with specific diet requirements e.g. diabetic, vegetarian, vegan, allergic children/adults. You will be exposed to using expensive organic ingredients hands-on. There is no such thing as only doing one thing for your entire working experience with us. You will be expected to learn everything you need to equip you to do everything we sell in our stores so this is why you must be trainable and even if you fail, exercise confidence to do better again and again.

Part Time Rates:
$8/hr.

I have been in baking industry over 18 year, but not too much experience In cake Decorations ,I am a vegetarian too, very much interested to learn vegan baking.
