Eggless & Dairy-free

Vegan simply means plant based food ingredients only. By default in all versions of our vegan cakes, we do not use any form of animal products, egg, dairy product which includes milk, cheese, yogurt, caseinate and whey protein. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure there are no animal by-products. Without all these ingredients, our bakery is awarded “Healthier Bakery Partner”  by Singapore Health Promotion Board.

Some of our best-selling vegan cakes are also made default in diabetic-friendly versions. These vegan cakes will still taste sweet but instead of using normal cane sugar, they are baked with low G.I natural sweeteners such as organic agave (sweet nectar from cactus plant), organic stevia (sweetness extract from leaf) with erythritol and/or organic coconut sugar.
