Ondeh Ondeh Cake (vegan and refined sugar-free)


A popular traditional asian dessert made into a vegan cake. This Pandan infused vegan cake is sweetened with diabetes-friendly Stevia sweetener instead of normal cane sugar. The layers are then spread with pure Gula Melaka (low GI 35) coconut caramel bits on coconut vanilla cream.

Allergen: wheat flour, coconut, gula melaka, stevia, apple and pandan.

For person with diabetes condition, please moderate your intake to single serving 80g slice per day.
