Our Story
In Year 2008, we first started in a tiny neighbourhood stall focusing on baking healthier cakes. Influenced by Delcie’s late mother’s health condition, she started using organic ingredients with lower fat and lower sugar methods.
In Year 2011, we were the first awarded “Healthier Bakery Award” by Singapore Health Promotion Board. We have been HPB’s Healthier Bakery Partner ever since.
The accolades continued through the years where we were ranked “Top 16 Vegan Bakeries” in the world by OneGreenPlanet organization, “Most Innovative” award from Heartland Enterprise Start Award, “Top 3 Cake shops in Kallang“. Most recently in 2020, we have been crowned “Best Baby Friendly Cakes” from Parent’s World magazine through unanimous votes by a panel of doctors, teachers and parents for two years running.
In the same spirit, Chef Delcie decided embark on another project to share her founding story in hope to inspire healthy baking. We published Delcie’s DESSERTS and CAKES, a compilation of Delcie’s favourite recipes, complete with visuals.

-Dairy free ingredients alternatives
-How to best work with gluten free flour.
Plus she will share tips and tricks you can use to modify your favourite recipes and make them healthier.

Allergy Friendly
Besides a default egg-free and dairy-free bakery, we can provide custom options for clients with multiple allergies. If you are on a gluten-free diet, we have a designated gluten-free menu too.
Note: We are not a 100% gluten-free, nut-free and soy-free bakery but we can provide separate processing methods upon request using designated tools to minimise the risk of cross contact.

I love how ur cakes exclude most of what I am allergic to. But do u make cakes without bakers’ yeast? Cos i m allergic to that… i heard from a fren who bakes at home that it can be replaced w self raising flour or baking soda or smtg. Looking forward to ur email! God bless!
Dear deb, what allergies do you have so we can recommend you the cake you can take.
All our cakes do NOT contain bakers’ yeast.
While we do not quote our cakes by weight as different flavours bear different weight and our cakes are generally heavier than normal cakes due to our policy of non-chemical baking policy. Our cakes may look smaller visually but the cake may be very heavy.
I have attached the serving size guide.
Also please advise when do you need the cake as the printer may not be available in dec.

A slice does not suffice for many of our guest and staff …. After a bite they were surprised with the texture and taste … Full and rich but not overwhelming!
