Inspired by her late mother’s battle with cancer, Delcie turned her passion for baking into a mission to ensure no one is left out of life’s special moments.

At Delcie’s Desserts & Cakes, we believe no one should have to give up simple joys because of their health.
For many people living with diabetes, food allergies, lactose intolerance, dietary restrictions, or health-conscious lifestyles, desserts often become something to avoid rather than enjoy. Celebrations, gatherings, and even everyday moments can feel limiting when safe options are hard to find.
What started as a personal journey became a mission.
We reinvented cakes and desserts that people could enjoy with greater confidence, comfort, and peace of mind.
Since 2008, Delcie’s has been dedicated to developing healthier, inclusive desserts made without eggs, dairy, and refined sugar, while also offering options suitable for gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, baby-friendly, vegetarian, and sensitive dietary needs.
But beyond ingredient removal, our focus has always been on creating desserts that still feel indulgent, beautiful, and enjoyable. Through years of research, innovation, and refinement, we developed our own recipes and baking systems to achieve the texture, flavour, and experience people love, without compromising on safety and inclusivity.
Today, Delcie’s has grown from a humble co-shared bubble tea stall in Bishan into one of Singapore’s leading inclusive dessert brands. We proudly serve families, healthcare institutions, corporate partners, and communities looking for safer everyday sweets that more people can enjoy together.
