What are the delivery charges?
All prices are inclusive of GST. Here are our standard delivery timeslots:
- 11.30am–1.30pm (peak) — $27.25 + $10.90
- 12–3pm — $27.25
- 3–6pm — $27.25
- 6–8pm (peak) — $27.25 + $16.35
Is there free delivery?
Yes! Complimentary delivery applies for any online self-checkout purchase of $200 and above (inclusive of GST, limited-time promotion). This only applies for the standard $27.25 3-hour delivery slot. Complimentary delivery does not apply to WhatsApp orders, customised design cakes, toppers, or discount code orders. Promotion does not apply to custom orders.
Are there any other charges to note?
Any no-show from recipients (not at the location to receive items, or wrong address provided) will result in additional charges including waiting charges, return to bakery charges, and re-delivery charges. All special delivery requests are subject to approval by our delivery partners.

What are the self-collection hours?
- Monday: 11am – 5pm
- Tuesday – Sunday: 11am – 7pm
- Public Holidays: 11am – 2.30pm (may close on certain holidays)
Can someone collect on my behalf?
Yes — a proxy or driver (not riders) can collect on your behalf. Please ensure they bring your Order ID, name, and the contact number used for the order so our team can verify it smoothly. Please remind them to check and confirm all items upon collection, as we are unable to take responsibility for any mishandling, damage, or missing items once the order has left our premises.
No-Show and Waiting Policy
What happens if nobody is home during delivery?
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address during your chosen time slot. If our delivery partner cannot locate the recipient or reach them by phone after a maximum of 5 minutes, the order will be returned to our kitchen.
Any return trip to the kitchen or change of delivery address will result in an additional $27.25 delivery fee (inclusive of GST). If the item is returned to the kitchen due to no-show or non-contactable recipient, re-delivery will cost $25 (return trip) + $27.25 (re-delivery) = $54.50.
If the original recipient is unable to be present, please provide an alternative recipient name and contact number in advance.

What if the delivery person has to wait?
If the delivery company has to wait more than 5 minutes, additional waiting charges may apply at the delivery company's discretion. Our delivery partners serve multiple locations within each time slot, and delays from one recipient can affect other deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
What if I miss my self-collection slot?
If you are unable to collect on your confirmed date, your order will be kept until the following day. Uncollected orders will be disposed of within 2 days from the specified collection date, unless we are informed at least 3 working days in advance to reschedule. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted for no-shows. Once an uncollected order has been disposed of, a new order will need to be submitted.
Changes to Delivery
Can I change my delivery date, time, or address?
Yes, but please give us at least 3 working days' notice via WhatsApp at 93636336 with your full delivery address, date, time slot, recipient name and mobile number. An admin fee of $8 applies per change request. Changes are subject to approval. Changes with less than 3 working days' notice, or when your order status is Processing, Deco Print, or Ready for Pick Up, will not be entertained.
Can I switch from delivery to self-collection?
Once payment is made for a delivery order, delivery is booked immediately with our trusted outsourced delivery partner and full payment is made to secure your designated date and time slot. If you switch to self-collection at any point after payment, the delivery fee is 100% forfeited and non-refundable under any circumstances. To avoid this, please ensure the intended recipient is available at the delivery location during your chosen time slot.
What about urgent changes with less than 24 hours notice?
An additional re-processing fee may apply for any last-minute changes accepted by our kitchen. These are subject to our team's approval and availability.
