About Our Cakes
What makes Delcie's cakes different from conventional cakes?
Our cakes do not contain eggs, dairy, or chemical binding agents. As a result, our cakes are baked American-style and have a denser, more moist texture — they are not the typical light, airy, or chiffon-style cakes. Despite the absence of eggs and dairy, our cakes are consistently described by customers as delicious and satisfying. If you prefer a lighter, airy, or chiffon texture, our cakes may not be suitable for you.
How should I store my cake?
All Delcie's products must be kept refrigerated at all times and should not be left at room temperature for more than 3 hours. Do not expose our products to heat. Our products are best consumed within 1 day of collection or delivery.
What about fondant toppers and custom designs?
For custom design orders where the base is covered in cream, all 3D fondant parts will be packed separately to prevent slipping or melting during transportation. You will be required to assemble the fondant toppers onto the cake yourself before serving. Our kitchen may also separate additional topper or fondant parts where necessary to prevent breakage.

Do your products contain allergens?
Delcie's products may contain nuts, gluten, and soy. Our facility is not entirely nut-free, wheat-free, or soy-free. While we separate our gluten-free and wheat-free baking and washing utensils during production to reduce risk, cross-contact cannot be fully eliminated.
While we aim to accommodate allergy-friendly requests according to your dietary requirements, Delcie's will not be responsible for any allergy symptoms or reactions that may arise due to cross-contact with our products or ingredients. Please inform us of any severe allergies before placing your order.

Are your products suitable for diabetic customers?
For diabetic and sugar-conscious customers, please always ration your intake according to your nutritionist's or doctor's diet plan. All our cakes should be consumed in moderation and never more than the recommended serving size. Our diabetic-friendly range is designed for a maximum of 80g per serving per day. Unless specifically labelled as diabetic-friendly, standard cakes are not suitable for diabetic customers. Standard cakes are also not suitable for persons with gluten, soy, or nut allergies unless specifically labelled otherwise.

How far in advance do I need to order?
- Pre-orders: At least 5 working days in advance, subject to availability
- Customised orders: At least 12 working days in advance

How do I use a coupon or discount code?
Coupon discounts or any form of discount must be applied in the cart before completing payment. We are unable to apply discounts, process refunds, or cancel orders if the code was not applied before checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations after payment has been made. In exceptional circumstances where a cancellation must be made, a cancellation charge of 10% of the total order value or $8 (whichever is higher) will apply.

What is your refund policy?
- Unprocessed orders: Refunds will be issued as online store credits valid for 1 year. Cash refunds may be approved by management with an $8 or 10% administrative charge deducted (whichever is higher), returned via the original payment method.
- Processed orders: No refunds will be given once an order has been processed. This includes orders with the status: CS Print, BK Print, Ready for Pick-up, Ready for Delivery, Preparing Order, Partially Fulfilled, Edited, On Hold, BK Received, or Completed.
Changes & Admin Fee
How do I make changes to my order?
WhatsApp us at 93636336 with any changes at least 3 working days before your collection or delivery date. An admin fee of $8 applies per change after an order has been confirmed. Changes with less than 3 working days' notice, or once the product has been processed by the kitchen, will not be entertained. An additional re-processing fee may apply for last-minute changes that are accepted.
What if my order change results in a lower total?
If order changes result in a total lesser than the original amount (excluding delivery fee), the balance is non-refundable. You may choose to use the remaining balance to purchase other items, or it will be kept as online store credits with 1-year validity after deducting the $8 admin fee.
Can I switch from delivery to self-collection?
If you switch from delivery to self-collection at any point after payment, the delivery fee is 100% forfeited under any circumstances, as it has already been paid to our delivery partner.
