At Delcie’s we want everyone, including the little ones to be able to indulge in our desserts. This year’s festive log cakes are created with our children in mind, to create a wholesome recipe that’s natural, nutritious, yet tasty.
An antioxidant-packed cake, that’s made with the most unassuming ingredients.
Tender young spinach leaves are first deveined to remove the bitter stalks, then baked and assembled with a tangy passionfruit (seedless) vegan cream filling centered with strawberry filling.
The result is an earthy green sponge, vitamin-packed treat that is actually great for health!
