What makes Delcie's cakes healthier?

Unlike conventional cakes, our cakes are made without eggs, dairy, refined sugar, artificial additives, or harsh chemicals — yet they're still fluffy, moist, and genuinely delicious. We use mostly organic, low-GI, plant-based ingredients. We were the first bakery in Singapore to become a Healthier Choice partner with the Health Promotion Board (since 2011), and the first recipient of the "Healthier Bakery Award."

Are your cakes suitable for people with diabetes?

Yes! Our diabetic-friendly cakes are made without refined cane sugar and use low-GI sweeteners that have been independently tested for their Glycaemic Index (GI). Cakes labelled "Low GI" are the most suitable options for those managing blood sugar levels.

Do you have vegan cakes?

All our cakes are plant-based and free from eggs and dairy, making them suitable for vegans. Browse our vegan cake range here.

Do you have gluten-free cakes?

Do you have keto or low-carb cakes?

Yes! Our keto cakes are sweetened with erythritol and stevia, use organic extra virgin coconut oil, and are made with almond or coconut flour — no carb-loading sweeteners. View our keto cake menu here.

Do you have baby-friendly cakes?

Yes! Our baby-friendly cakes (suitable from 12 months) contain no refined sugar, eggs, dairy, nuts, cocoa, salt, honey, or artificial sweeteners. Most sweetness comes naturally from fruits and apple puree. Browse our baby cake menu here.

Are your cakes halal-certified?

Yes! Delcie's is halal-certified. Our cakes are made entirely with halal-compliant, plant-based ingredients — no pork, no alcohol, and no animal products. So you can order with complete peace of mind.

I have a nut, soy, or gluten allergy. Can you help?

We are not a 100% nut-free, soy-free, or gluten-free kitchen currently, so there is always some risk of cross-contact. If you have a strict allergy, we can take extra precautions and use separate processing methods to minimise risk for an additional $10 (nut-free or soy-free). Please note we can reduce but not fully eliminate the risk at our current facility.

Do you use food colouring?

We use vegan-friendly, plant-derived colouring. They're not considered 100% natural as they contain synthetic carriers for colour stability. If you prefer no colouring, you can request a plain white 5-inch round cake or our naked cake option.

Can you customise a recipe for allergens not mentioned in your menu?

Yes! If you or your loved one has a specific dietary need or allergen that isn't covered by our existing menu, we'd love to help. We offer customised recipe development on a case-by-case basis.
