What makes Delcie's cakes healthier?

Delcie's develops celebration cakes with careful attention to ingredients, flavour and texture. Our plant-based baking approach avoids eggs and dairy in many recipes, and selected products offer Low GI or refined cane sugar-free choices. Always check the individual product page for its ingredients and nutritional information.

Delcie's has also received recognition for its work in healthier baking, including Singapore's Healthier Bakery Award.

Are your cakes suitable for people with diabetes?

Selected Delcie's cakes are labelled Low GI and have been assessed for that designation. Low GI is not the same as sugar-free or carbohydrate-free. Check each product's nutritional information and portion size, and follow advice from your healthcare professional.

Do you have vegan cakes?

Yes. Delcie's specialises in plant-based cakes made without eggs or dairy. Please check the individual product and any custom decorations or add-ons when ordering for a strict vegan diet.

Do you have gluten-free cakes?

Yes, we offer selected gluten-free cake recipes. Our kitchen is not an entirely gluten-free facility, however, and cross-contact cannot be completely eliminated. Contact us before ordering for anyone with coeliac disease or a severe allergy.

Do you have keto or low-carb cakes?

Selected keto and lower-carbohydrate options are available. Ingredients vary by recipe and may include alternative flours and sweeteners. Please check individual product descriptions for the current ingredients and nutritional values.

Do you have baby-friendly cakes?

Yes. Selected cakes in our baby-friendly collection are intended for children from 12 months. These products have specific recipe criteria; review the ingredients and any product-specific exclusions rather than assuming all cakes are suitable for babies.

Are your cakes halal-certified?

Yes. Delcie's is a halal-certified bakery in Singapore. If you require a copy of the current certification for an institutional order, please contact our team.

I have a nut, soy, or gluten allergy. Can you help?

We have selected products formulated without particular ingredients, but our current production environment is not fully nut-free, soy-free or gluten-free. Cross-contact is possible.

Please contact us with the exact allergens and level of sensitivity before ordering. We cannot guarantee suitability for severe allergies.

Do you use food colouring?

Some designs use vegan-friendly colourings, which may include carriers or other components to maintain colour stability. If you would prefer minimal or no added colouring, ask us about available plain, white or undecorated designs.

Can you customise a recipe for allergens not mentioned in your menu?

We assess special recipe requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on ingredients and production capabilities. Email delcies@delcies.com with the exact exclusions before ordering. A customised recipe cannot be assumed to eliminate cross-contact risk.

Which Delcie's cake is best for a birthday?

Red Forest, Blue Forest, Mango Passionfruit, Hummingbird Carrot Cake, Let's Go Bananas and Mud Fudge are good places to start. The best choice depends on flavour, serving size and the needs of your guests. Contact the team if the table includes allergies or medical diets.

Are Delcie's cakes only for people with dietary restrictions?

No. Delcie's makes celebration cakes and desserts for everyone. The recipes are designed to taste enjoyable while giving hosts more inclusive options for guests with different preferences or dietary needs.

Can I order a less sweet cake?

Yes. Delcie's offers cakes designed with a lighter sweetness profile, as well as selected Low GI and cane sugar-free choices. These terms are not interchangeable, so check the product information or ask the team which option fits your needs.

Which cakes are suitable for babies or young children?

Choose only products specifically marked baby-friendly and review the current ingredient information. Parents should consider their child's age, food readiness, known allergies and healthcare advice.

Can Delcie's provide cakes or cupcakes for a school or childcare centre?

Selected products and individually portioned formats may suit school or childcare celebrations. Confirm the institution's food policy first, then provide the class size, age group and all dietary restrictions before ordering.

What should I buy for a hospital visit?

Ask the patient or caregiver what foods are currently permitted before buying. Delcie's can suggest softer, lower-sugar or dietary-specific options, but hospital and medical instructions take priority.

Are all Delcie's products gluten-free, nut-free or sugar-free?

No. Suitability differs by product. Use the relevant collection and product information, and contact the team for advice when an allergy or medical need is involved. Our kitchen is not completely free from nuts, soy or gluten, so cross-contact may occur.

Can I order for corporate events or in bulk?

Yes. Delcie's handles corporate events, bulk orders and selected B2B supply enquiries. Tell us your event date, quantity, budget and dietary needs so we can discuss suitable formats and prepare a quotation.

Do you sell cakes by the slice?

Selected sliced cakes may be available at our store, subject to the day's stock. For urgent or last-minute cake needs, see urgent ordering for currently available products.

I need a cake today! Do you offer same-day delivery or pickup?

Check Delcie's urgent ordering platform for same-day delivery or pickup options. Availability, cut-off times and delivery charges depend on the products and delivery service offered that day.

Can you customise a recipe for allergens not mentioned in your menu?

We review customised dietary requests individually. Share the full ingredient exclusion list with delcies@delcies.com before ordering. We will confirm what can be made and any important production limitations.

Do you have any promotions or discounts?

Delcie's may offer newsletter promotions, membership rewards, birthday offers and referral benefits. Eligibility, exclusions and expiry dates vary. Check the promotion details before checkout; some offers may apply only to orders placed on delcies.com.

How do I become a member?

How do I check my points balance?

Sign in to your account on delcies.com and check your profile or available rewards information. For points earning, redemptions and validity, refer to the membership page.

Do you deliver islandwide?

Yes we do! Here are our standard delivery timeslots:

• 11.30am–1.30pm (peak) — $27.25 + $10.90
• 1pm–5pm — $27.25

An additional $10.90 applies for Public Holidays, and for further districts including NSRCC, Jurong, Tuas, Benoi Sector, Pioneer, Jurong Island, Senoko Industrial, Sembawang Shipyard, Sungei Buloh, Mandai, Lim Chu Kang, NTU, Changi Airports and Sentosa Island.

Is there free delivery?

Yes! Online self-checkout orders of $200 and above (inclusive of GST, limited-time promotion) get complimentary standard 5-hour delivery. This waives the standard delivery fee of $27.25. If you've chosen a delivery time slot or location that incurs an additional surcharge (such as peak-hour delivery), only the $27.25 base delivery fee is waived, while the additional surcharge remains payable. This doesn't apply to urgent, WhatsApp orders, customised design cakes, or toppers.

Can I self-collect?

Absolutely! Pop by our store at Blk 34 Whampoa West #01-83, Singapore 330034 (Boon Keng MRT Exit B).

Self-collection hours:
Monday: 11.15am–4.30pm
Tuesday–Sunday: 11.15am–7pm
Public Holidays: 11.15am–2.00pm (may close on certain holidays)

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes — a proxy or driver (not riders) can collect for you. Just make sure they have your Order ID, name, and contact number ready. Please remind them to check the items before leaving as we can't be responsible for any issues after the order leaves our premises.

Can I change my delivery details after ordering?

If your plans change, simply let us know at least 5 days before your scheduled collection or delivery. We'll be happy to issue store credit for the full amount, which you can use on a future online order. As all our bakes are specially prepared, cancellations made within 5 days of your collection or delivery date are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

I need a cake today! Do you offer same-day delivery or pickup?

Yes! Head over to our urgent platform at urgent.delcies.com — open for same-day delivery islandwide and same-day self-collection, with no minimum purchase required. Stock is limited daily so grab yours early!

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. Product prices shown on Delcie's website are inclusive of GST. Additional delivery or customisation charges, if applicable, are shown or confirmed as part of the order.

What is your refund and return policy?

Cakes and other fresh bakes are perishable, so returns and refunds are generally limited. If there is an incorrect or damaged item, raise the issue with the team immediately upon receipt, before accepting or consuming it.
