Surprised how a GF cake could be so tasty !!!
It's the first time we ordered GF cake for my daughter's birthday. I came up with the design and took us awhile for the communication on how I'd like it to be done. I like how Delcie paid attention to every detail and reconfirmed with me on how the final design will look like. I was surprised how a GF cake could be so tasty. The cream is lighter than the usual cream on cakes but I totally got why she made it that way. The airy and light texture balanced the texture of the cake (yes GF cakes tends to be more dense than the regular ones). We had Mud Fudge flavor and it tasted amazing! All our little guests had 2 slices and one of the mother asked me abt it cuz her daughter shared how she loved the cake after going home. Thank you for making GF cakes for ppl with special dietary needs. I would give it a 5 star if the price of the add-on fondant design could meet the price of the fondant on regular cakes.
